    "content": "I am here, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Motion. First of all, allow me to thank the Mover of the Motion for coming up with this very noble idea. Everywhere where there is a monopoly, it is disastrous. About a month ago, I remember my colleague from my county, hon. Bowen, petitioned the Kenya Airways Limited for withdrawing their services from Eldoret. We have not been given an answer to date. But I am sure if this monopoly was not there and if other airlines were allowed or actually cleared to operate, I am sure we would not be having this problem. I want to support that, if other airlines are allowed to operate here in Kenya; there will be more job opportunities for our youth who have actually studied in the field air business. On the same vein, there will be a lot of improvement in service delivery. If other companies are allowed to operate, I am sure each and every county will be in a position to get an airline operating once or even twice a week. This will actually ease travel problems and accidents on our roads will be reduced drastically."
