He attended a meeting of leaders representing the President. The meeting was about Africa and the troubles in Somalia and Sudan. He then came and told us what the West said. The former President Sarkozy of France said that they would pump out the African leaders out one by one. That is what Wetangula told us. He told us that they would start with Muamar Gaddafi and they did. So, is that the plan?"
