    "content": "You must be willing to report, if you have evidence, but you cannot tell us that because I stole thousands of acres in Lamu or I sold public property abroad in embassies, whether it is in Tokyo or in South Africa, that, therefore, you will escape the hand of the law if you chase other people with a plot here or a plot there. All of you must be willing to be held accountable for what you have done and that is how this country will be different. I am willing to play my role in ensuring that I obey the law, but I am also willing to point out those who are not obeying the law. Thank you."
