    "content": "Hon. Ng’ongo, that is well spoken. But, let me tell you that, because we will go by our own rules, even committees have an opportunity to elect their chairs and vice-chairs. They have also the power to vote out those chairs and vice-chairs as they choose, as long as they meet the necessary qualifications under the Standing Orders. I believe in the Members of the Committee on Procedure and House Rules. I am sure we will be coming out with a report worth the stature of this House. Hon. Members, can we proceed with business."
