    "content": " I will have to check the provisions of the Standing Orders. You know this Bill is a big one just like the Companies Bill is going to be a big one. In effect, it will be good if Members read through your report. That is why your Committee exists; it exists to help Members digest a particular report, so that there are only a few issues that Members can narrow on. I do not think Members are detailed. You know we do not look at the details; rather, we look at the general policy that the legislation is going to give. In view of the fact that your Committee is still working on the report, is it possible, even on an interim basis, that you share with the Members some draft? This is because the business of the House will not stop because you are preparing your report. Is it possible that you could share something with the Members that could help us debate this Bill from a position of information?"
