    "content": "What is really needed and what we would expect from the Ministry, and they have been adequately funded, is a serious national preparedness plan which the public must know. This includes training of staff. First of all, they should be able to protect themselves while looking after the patients. The staff should be able to identify the disease in those who are infected. Strict surveillance at the ports of entry and all other possible places should be put in place."
