    "content": "First and foremost, I would like to thank my colleague in the Committee on Health, hon. Steven Mule, for requesting the House to adjourn to discuss this very important issue that is affecting the world. Viral haemorrhagic fevers are fatal in most cases. As my colleague, hon. Nyikal, has put it, one of the main points is that of quarantine. West Africa is the source of this problem. We are talking of Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Sierra Leon and Liberia. The people within the areas where the initial cases were detected should have been quarantined. If that had happened, the rest of the world would not be facing this problem today."
