Speaker, with all humility, I would request that you issue an order from the Chair that if the Cabinet Secretary cannot appear on Tuesday, she furnishes the House with a letter showing she has put a caveat on plot LR209/13332, which somebody is trying to defraud the public of. It would be very important because that sale is supposed to happen within 14 days, of which there are only a couple of days left. We know, from their own documentation, that somebody is trying to make Kshs1.1 billion, in respect of which they have said, in their documentation, that it is non- negotiable. Hon. Speaker, I plead with you."
