I also want to support the points made by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and more so because I have taken time to read through this Bill. While I agree with what hon. Chepkong’a is saying, it is important that we also get the communication right because the House Business Committee was informed that the Committee was ready to have this Bill debated. We have taken a lot of time to prepare for this debate. So, in a situation where we come here and we are ready to debate and then we are pushing it forward, it is not proper. Bearing in mind the size of this Bill, if we were to push it by another two months, it will mean somebody will have to sit again and read through this Bill because we will have forgotten all what we have noted. Anyway, the points you are making make a lot of sense, let the public participate.
