The report can say “following submissions received from these institutions, we think that it should go this way.” But remember that that report will properly influence the result which will be in the Committee of the whole House. So, it is not late, it is timely for hon. Chepkong’a to come with this Motion. It is a dilatory Motion. We do not have to make any finding regarding the Companies Bill because that is a matter for prioritization by the HBC and bearing in mind what hon. Chepkong’a has said, we will be accordingly guided not to put it too early before you have had all the necessary input that you require."
