Deputy Speaker, another major issue that we dealt with and we were clear in our minds that it needs to be supported and retained is the issue of ring fencing funding from the water services revenue. We were where we were before 2002 because the funding that people were paying through water bills was not being used to develop the sector. So, that is a principle that I would be urging the House to retain."
