    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, finally, wetlands are a major source of water and this Bill did not talk to the regulation of the wetlands. A lot of our water sources are related to lakes that have already been declared as Ramser sites of international importance which include Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Lake Bogoria, Lake Baringo and Lake Elementaita. We felt that, that oversight was something that should be able to be addressed."
