    "content": "There is also the issue of tariffs. If we let each county government to decide on its own, that will mean that Kenyans will be in a lot of problems. I also believe that there should be standard charges which can only be carried out by such an important national body. This is because we have always had this problem of trying to raise as much money as possible within the shortest time possible.
