    "content": "I am also very happy when I look at what this Bill is coming up with in terms of how we manage harvesting of water. In fact, I have done a lot of work in my constituency on dams. When it rains I can conserve water, so that the people whom I represent in Narok West can use it. This is because they are very important to me and I always feel bad when I see them moving all the way to Tanzania, where they find people with water."
