Chairlady, I also support, but you realize that in dealing with these amendments, there is a lot of reference to regulations and I hope that as we go on with the amendments we shall also have a requirement for this House to approve those regulations. This is because regulations are going to become so many that without them it will not even be possible to implement this law. It will be neater that, as we go ahead, and as we have done previously, we also have a requirement in our recommendations, if the Committee has not done it already. We need to require specifically that those regulations be brought here for us to approve them."
