    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, perhaps, we need clarification on this amendment. Is it five years and then there is a provision for renewal? This is because the way it reads now, there is no provision for renewal. In the current law, it was three years and there is a provision for one renewal. Therefore, one could serve for six years. So, we need clarification before we say that we support or do not support the amendment."
