Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 25 be amended in sub-clause (1) by─ (a) deleting the words “who shall be non-executive unless the President otherwise directs” appearing in paragraph (a); and, (b) deleting the word “four” and substituting therefor the word “three” and deleting the words “of whom not more than two shall be public officers” appearing in paragraph (e)."
