Chairlady, the reason as to why I am inserting the word “relevant” is because the word “degree” has been provided for, so that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Mining Corporation will understands this sensitive field. As the CEO, he or she will require the technical know-how to steer the corporation to great heights. So, we cannot just talk of “any degree”; it has to be a relevant degree."
