I beg to move:- THAT, clause 36 be amended by deleting the words “mineral right” wherever they appears and substituting therefor the words “prospecting and mining rights”. This is the same rationale, that mineral rights include reconnaissance rights. They would not require consent. Therefore, we are replacing the words “mineral right” with “prospecting and mining rights”."
