    "content": "Thank you, hon. Chairlady. I stand to support the amendment by hon. Mwaita because it is this amendment that is going to take care of the community. If we say that the community is catered for at the county level, why then did we have the community land recognised in the first place? Hon. Chairlady, it is very important that we have this amendment and I wish to urge the entire House to support it. The community should have a say in the minerals that will be discovered in their areas. Thank you."
