Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT clause 46 be amended− (a) in the marginal note by deleting the word “license” and substituting therefor the word “licence”; and (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “and prospecting companies” and substituting therefor the words “operations which shall be agreed with the holder at arm’s length” The first amendment is to deal with a typographical error while the other one is to deal with negotiations at arm’s length."
