    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 50 be amended by deleting the existing clause and substituting therefor the following new clause ─ 50. The Mineral Rights Board shall prepare and submit a report on each application for a mineral right to the Cabinet Secretary. This is in appreciation of the fact that it is in the Mineral Rights Board where the Director of Mines would be present to prepare this report for submission to the Cabinet Secretary."
