    "content": "The issue addressed here is the approved programme for prospecting whose time we will be stating. We shall state when they will begin prospecting operations. In addition, part (b) deletes the current (d) so that we say, “comply with the terms and conditions of the environmental rehabilitation and restoration plan” in appreciation that prospecting will not require a full year."
