    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 69 be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “two” and substituting therefor the word “three”. All the prospecting licences are going to be for three years. So, even the extended prospecting licence should be for three years. It will be a total of nine years if they get the first three and then they get two approvals. So, it will be a total of nine."
