Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT clause 75 be amended by─ (a) deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph– (d) comply with the terms and conditions of the environmental restoration, rehabilitation and heritage plan. (b) renumbering the current paragraph (h) as paragraph (g) The first one is to deal with the fact that prospecting licences should not require full EIA, so it is just conditions for restoration and rehabilitation and (b) is to deal with mistakes in numbering, that is currently in the Bill."
