Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 80 be amended by – (a) inserting the words, “on recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board” immediately after the word “Secretary”; (b) renumbering the paragraph appearing immediately after paragraph “d” as paragraph “(e)”; (c) renumbering the paragraph appearing immediately after the new paragraph “e” as paragraph “(f)’ (d) inserting a new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f) as follows─ “(g) the applicant’s proposal with respect to engaging in community investments that is socially responsible”. This is basically to have the impartiality brought about by the Minerals Rights Board and the second amendments are basically to deal the numbering that was inaccurate."
