Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 87 be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “such other period of time as may be specified in the licence” and substituting therefor the words, “as may be specified in the approved program for the mining operations.”; (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph(h)- (i) sign a community development agreement with the community where mining operations are to be carried out in such a manner as shall be prescribed in Regulations. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, in (a), we are substituting the period of time in a licence to a period specified in the approved program for mining.
