Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 90 be amended in sub-clause (5) by inserting the words “on recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board” immediately after the word “Secretary”. This is basically adding the recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board before the Cabinet Secretary can make a decision."
