    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was saying that I want to support this amendment because it is a very important amendment. The fact that mining is a very expensive exercise and involves a lot of money, it is important that we have the Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury and the Cabinet Secretary of the concerned Mining Ministry getting together, otherwise if you leave it to an individual, it becomes very tricky. So, I like this amendment and I support it."
