    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 112 be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “ten” and substituting thereof the word “five”. We are reducing the length of time of mining licence from ten to five for purposes of ensuring that compliance is adhered to.
