Temporary Deputy Chairman, even though I completely sympathise with the emotional situation of losing water and the water table, I am not convinced that the science that exists as we speak, can enable us to determine that cost and get proper compensation for it. Even as we legislate it, are we sure we will be able to execute that part of the law? I would like to persuade the hon. Member that when we talk of causes or losses or damage to buildings and other removable property, I would assume that when you are staying on this building you are getting water supply. In my view, all this should be computed as one compensation."
