    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am just talking from a lay man’s point of view, because I am not a lawyer. What the Vice Chair is saying is very clear. If you look at a judicial process, there are so many court cases taking years. The Chief Justice said that you can even hire the services of a witch-doctor to try and clear some of these before you go for judgment. Let us give the Chief Justice an opportunity first; if he does not work, then we can go for mediation."
