Baiya is absolutely right because these are issues which are determined by the Environment Court, only that I think it is right that we be very specific and provide for the Environmental Court; we can get the citations right away. There is the High Court. The problem with the Constitution is that it has identified the High Court and other specialized courts which deal with the environmental matters. We need to be very clear on this one and provide for the environmental court that deals with issues of environment, mining and so forth, so that it is very clear in people’s minds."
