I beg to move:- THAT clause 149 be amended in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “mineral right” and substituting therefor the words “mining licence”. We are replacing “mining rights” with “mining licence” because mining rights are inclusive of prospecting and reconnaissance that do not require a full environmental impact assessment."
