    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the proposed amendment by hon. (Ms.) Abdalla especially on revenue sharing; the royalties as per sub- clause 5(c), 10 per cent to the community where the mining operations occur. This has great meaning to the community in the area where mining is and to make sure that it benefits that community. Together with the 20 per cent of the County Governments, at least they can get something. Very important to the community is the 10 per cent."
