Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 164 be amended in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “at reasonable hours by any interested person on the payment of prescribed fee” and substituting therefor the words, “in such a manner as may be prescribed in Regulations.” This means that matters to do with registration and records will be catered for in regulations rather than talking about the details of what is reasonable time and what is unreasonable."
