Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT clause 170 be amended in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “for a maximum period of seven days” immediately after the word “seize”, appearing in paragraph (g). (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “an” appearing immediately after the words “secretary or” and substituting therefor the word “a” (b) in sub-clause (1) (g) by inserting the words “for a maximum period of seven days” immediately after the word “seize”."
