"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I also want to support the creation of the Mineral Rights Board. This is a shift from relying or centralizing decision-making in this sector to one individual, which has been the case with the previous Act, and which also attempted to be the basis of this Bill. This amendment made by the Committee is very bold and it will make this Bill a very progressive one. We have seen very many actors in this field such as the investors who, based on our interaction with them, appear to be happy due to the creation of this Board. With those remarks, I beg to support."
