    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, it is not a contrary opinion. Kenya has been viewed as a risky mining destination after several cancellations of licences for reasons that were not understood by the stakeholders. The introduction of this Mining Rights Board will bring confidence to the investors, who will see Kenya as a country where decisions are made after prudent consideration. I support this as a measure that is going to help bring in more investors to come and invest their money in our country."
