Chairman, we have been removing the issue of regulatory functions of the Cabinet Secretary and expanding transparency so that it is upon recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board. Therefore, I propose a further amendment seeking to insert the words “upon recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board” in Clause 143A (1), immediately after the words “Cabinet Secretary”."
