    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you know you cannot have your cake and eat it at the same time. The procedure is very clear; Once you do something wrong, which is against the law like taking bribes or extorting money, my duty is to arrest you. My duty is to dismiss that person from the force. These are the few elements who are now tarnishing the good image of the police force. You have seen in this House, I am being bashed on a daily basis that police officers are extorting money from innocent Kenyans. What do I do? I have to take action and that is the very action that I took. I will still continue taking action against those who are taking bribes."
