    "content": "because they know that they will also benefit by having the East African Monetary Union Protocol, they ratified this a long time ago. We have a better and stronger economy than these other states. We should go ahead and ratify this Protocol which is a process that will culminate into a single EAC currency by the year 2024. I support the adoption of this Report."
