    "content": "So, I really support this because it will bring equality; but there is one thing as we move into this union. We need to consider also the rules that we have as a country. I will give you an example. This is the importation of cars. When you import a car in Kenya you have a period of time, say eight years. If somebody in Uganda imports a car, they can import one which is as old as it is. You find cartels importing cars, taking them to Uganda and then bringing them back into this country. We need to make sure that our rules and laws are tightened, so that we can remove those things."
