    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am happy to support this Motion and to congratulate the Committee led by my friend, hon. Kajuju. I congratulate them for having met many stakeholders. They spent a lot of time analyzing what the stakeholders said. I think the Committee has given us a good report. Hon. Chris Wamalwa had earlier submitted that the universities were not consulted. He only mentioned the University of Nairobi. I want to mention that Karatina University, Dedan Kimathi University and many others were not consulted.
