    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the Motion. It is important that we have a mechanism of vetting the agencies that are involved in the recruitment because whatever is happening at the moment is very saddening. However, as we inquire into the activities of those agencies, we should ensure that those who represent the interests of our country out there do their work. I wonder whether the ambassadors that we send to those countries have the interests of Kenyans at heart.We have had incidences where our young people who go out in search of opportunities for better living, at the end of the day, end up being mistreated and treated as if they are less human. They are treated badly even in countries which are friendly to our country. So, in that case, something should be done about it."
