    "content": "need to take very urgent action. I have seen one case of a woman called Rose from Homa Bay County, who was also murdered. Most of them come back dead. Some of them will never come back and we will never know because they are killed and not documented. So, I would want to ask the Mover to go a step further and take this action with the Budget and Appropriations Committee, so that they can give money to this advisory committee for it to take action to protect our girls."
