"content": "Once again, hon. Members, I have sympathy for the Member for Kamukunji. Hon. Members, Order No. 9 again is a Motion that you deliberated on yesterday, but for similar reasons, the Question could not be put. I now proceed to do so. This is a Motion by the Chairperson of the Select Committee on Regional Integration. The Motion reads as follows:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Regional Integration on the Protocol for the Establishment of the East African Community Monetary Union, tabled in the House on Tuesday, October 21, 2014."
