    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, since the Assistant Minister does not have any papers to prove that the case is in court, is he in order to say that the case is in court? He does not have any evidence to prove the same? Secondly, is he aware that the management of Mumias Sugar Company takes away the machines and equipment from the millers indiscriminately, regardless of whether they are licensed or not? So, could he give a guarantee to this House that MSC will only take away machines of those who are unlicensed? This is a free market and people are free to do their business. Therefore, those who are licensed should be allowed to do their business."
