    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to support the Water Bill that is coming up. However, I have some concerns. Water is a right for all Kenyans. The way we have dealt with water over the past few years is that we have privatized and thus taken it away from the poor and given it to the rich. I was the Mayor of Kisumu and at times there was tap water in Milimani and other places yet Nyalenda and other places had to buy water at Kshs20 a jerrican. Things have not changed."
