    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the hon. Member. I know that the Act is also faulty in some clauses and we have now come up with an amendment Act which is being looked at by the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives and a copy has already been passed to the Attorney-General. I can assure the House that very soon the document will be here and all the errors in the Act are going to be corrected. For example, it is true that cane is supposed to be weighed at the farm gate but that is not being done because some of the farmers do not have machines. However, all those irregularities will be sorted out in the amendment Act."
